Meadow Hosts Customer Portal

Meadow now hosts a Customer Portal that any of our clients can sign up for! This new platform has lots of perks it allows clients to pay online, see past invoices, and more. Our customer portal is just one more way we try to make things as simple as possible for our clients!

The Customer Portal will give you access to your invoices and account information online at any time. It will also send a link to your email monthly to retrieve your invoices, as well as reminder emails for unpaid invoices. Additionally, the Portal will give you access to the following account information:

  • Print past or present invoices

  • Verify a payment has been received

  • See how a payment was applied

  • View your prior payment history

  • Conveniently pay your invoices with a credit card (+3% fee), debit card (zero fees) and/or E-check (zero fees)

  • View your current contract information

How do I sign up for the Customer Portal?

Call our main office at 800-221-4114 and ask to sign up for the Portal, or email our billing department at billing@meadowoutdoor.com.

Do I have to sign up for it?

While we recommend using the Customer Portal for your own convenience, we do not force our clients to use it. We can still send paper invoices in addition to a customer having access to the Portal if that is their preference.
