Meadow Crew Conference 2026

This last week was our 2026 Crew Conference! Meadow's crew reviewed the goals from last year that the team achieved, including numerous panel swaps, maintenance projects, painting structures, as well as completely remodeling existing structures and fabricating entirely new ones. Our crew motto going into 2026 is "Slow is Smooth and Smooth is Fast".

Our crew stayed in Eugene, went out to dinner together, and participated in a very fun Paint and Sip Night at Art with Alejandro. Everyone painted versions of a beautiful billboard in the Pacific Northwest. Kurt was voted the favorite, and he was given a huge Super Bowl-style ring to commemorate the win!

Being safe while building sound structures and installing vinyls efficiently is a HUGE part of making Meadow the best little billboard company in the world! We couldn't do it without these guys who go out and get it done, whether it's raining, snowing, windy, or sunny. Thank you to the best crew in the business!
